Books that always land on their feet.
Clean monthly books, grant tracking your funders can trust, and records ready for your auditor, so you can spend your time on the mission.
Start a conversationFrom the monthly close to next year's budget.
Grants, restricted funds, donors, board reports, and an auditor every year: nonprofit books carry more than most. We keep yours clean, current, and ready for whoever comes asking, from your board to your auditor to the person preparing your 990.
Monthly bookkeeping
Reconciliations, categorization, and a clean monthly close in whatever system works for you, with financial statements your board can actually read.
Cleanup & catch-up
Months behind, or books that never quite tied out? We bring them current and set them up so they stay that way.
Grant & donor tracking
Every grant and restricted gift followed from award to final report: what's come in, what's been spent, and what's left, so funder reports are easy and every dollar goes where it was meant to.
Budgeting & forecasting
Annual budgets built with your team, monthly budget-vs-actual reports, and cash flow projections, so you can see what's coming and plan around it.
Smoother financial operations
We'll work alongside your team to put simple, practical policies in place for bill approvals, receipts, payroll, and grant reporting, and set up the tools to support them, so less falls through the cracks.
Audit & 990 readiness
Organized records and schedules for your auditor and tax preparer, delivered before they have to ask.
Hi, I'm Eric.
After getting my MBA, I did what every budding accountant does: I went straight into acting in New York. From performing theater for audiences of five (all friends and family, obviously) to a national commercial, I've been part of the arts in one way or another for almost 20 years.
Eventually I dusted off the degree, and I've spent the better part of 10 years working with accounting and consulting firms. My focus is nonprofits, but I've worked with nearly every industry, from law firms and nail salons to Etsy shops and advertising agencies. When it comes to messy books or messy systems, not much surprises me.
I adapt to you. I'll bring ideas and an honest opinion, but at the end of the day, my job is to support you and your organization. Together, we'll be better.
Let's talk about your books.
Tell me a little about your organization and what you need. I'll reply within one business day to set up a free 20-minute call.
